I know very little about Google Adwords I know that is used for advertising and that's it. Anyways, which is the recommended Adwords daily budget for advertisers like me beginners? And doesn't make any difference is my daily budget is very small? Also is there a way to make PPC 1 cent or cost-per-click need to be high for more exposure?

What you are referring to is called "return on investment" (ROI)

With ROI, you'll know what profits your business will make in relation to money spend on Adwords advertising!

ROI formula looks like this (Revenue - Cost of goods sold) / Cost of goods sold.
You can calculate ROI yourself or use one of many Return on Investment Calculator tools just Google for it.

If you have a product and it costs $50 to produce, that sells for $100. As a result of Adwords advertising you sold 6 of these products which makes your total sales $600, and you spend $100 on Adwords. Your ROI is ($600-($300+$100))/($300+$100), or 50%.

Depends on the keyword, some require higher bids, some keywords are cheap

While your spend may vary each day, you won't pay more than your monthly charging limit, which is the daily budget you set, multiplied by the average number of days in a month. On days when your ads are likely to get you more traffic, you may spend up to 2 times your average daily budget.

Google Ads lets you set an average daily budget for your campaigns, with the flexibility to change it at any time. Your daily budget is the average amount you'd like to spend each day over the course of the month.

Sign in to your AdWords account.
Click the Campaigns tab.
Click + Campaign and select the campaign type you'd like to create: ...
On the "Select campaign settings" page, scroll to the "Budget" section and enter an individual daily budget or use a shared budget

As per my experience I would suggest you to do the following

1. Select accurate location targeting
2. Make sure you are do a proper keyword research and find the keywords with good volume
3. Always use BMM and phrase match for best targeting
4. Add all possible negative keywords for your business
5. Create AdGroup with good ads (2 ads per adgroup) and proper landing page
6. Once your ad start running, keep track of CTR, CPC, QS and Avg. Position for improving it
7. Make sure you have proper conversion tracking enabled
8. Device bid optimisation would be good technique based on conversion rate
