Cisco owns Netgear. Also all routers are easily expandable to create a larger blanket coverage area. You just need "extenders" "repeaters" to increase your coverage area.

I like linksys WRT routers so i can install dd-wrt or openwrt which is a firmware for routers that offers advanced configuration options and freedom. The more expensive ones have advanced hardware and far range without lag.
