Both are good for health if taken in moderate amount. But in my opinion a person should abstain from drinking beverages like Tea and Coffee. Instead, fruit juices are more beneficial.
Drink a glass of Goji Berry Juice. It helps in preventing many health ailments.

In my opinion, tea is generally better than coffee.
However, occasional sips of coffee will do no harm. It all depends on the amount you're drinking.

Excessive drinking of both tea and coffee is not good.

Tea is better. But you need to try fresh fruit and vegetable juice also. These are even healthier than any caffeinated drinks.
