Is this OK with Google and W3C validator SEO in general that I add inline CSS style, CLADD or ID to P tag?

You can wrap the entire P tag with DIV and then use DIV to assign the CSS to its content. Or you can wrap the text inside <p> in <span>
Code:
<div style="color:#222;" class="myclass" ID="myid"><p>content</p></div>
Code:
<p><span style="color:#222;" class="myclass" ID="myid">content</span></p>
