We have to domain names one is a few years old and the other one is a few days old, which one search engine like better? I need to know if search engine takes into consideration website age and if it tend to rank higher older websites and younger websites lover?

It really depends on your older domain. If your older domain has a lot of spam back it's better to use a new domain.

It can be older but with no powerful backlinks pointing to it, so the PR will be low. The main advantage on the old domain is that you can build more natural links than the new one.
