Hi guys I got a question related to bodybuilding alright. I am a litter confused case the other day I watched this documentary about bodybuilding and fitness industry and they were saying that bodybuilders consume somewhere around 7 to 8 thousand of calories per day!

Now what's really got me confused it the fact that when you go online and try to calculate the amount of protein and carbs intake they would say some like 150g of protein and maybe 400g of carbohydrates per day to gain muscle mass and loose fat I mean get really shredded alright OK sure BUT it just doesn't add up for me!!!!

If you consume 8k calories per day how is it possible to only get so little protein and carbs??

Maybe these values are referring to each meal and not per day??

I mean can somebody explain this conundrum?
