Get a custom URL for your Google+ page

Guys finally it has happened Google has just sent me an email saying that now we are able to add a custom URL to our Google plus page.

The only problem your Google plus account has to be 30 days old or more before you can change your G+ URL, still useless

I think this way Google planes to reduce the service abuse, because most of the Google Plus, Facebook and Twitter content is just SPAM!

Hold on so I need to wait 30 days just to customize my Google Plus URL or I need to wait that long for my URL to get activated. I mean can I set my URL before 30 days?
