1. Add a Sitemap to help Google index your site
Many don't realize that even thought sitemap is not something mandatory it helps Google index your site faster and more efficiently, it's not so difficult to create a sitemap just refer to this URL: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com input your URL and click on start, once finished download sitemap.xml file and upload it to your root directory so that you will be able to access it like so http://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
2. Optimize Existing Posts to Increase Traffic
Another thing you can do to increase traffic to your site is to exploit your top page (pages that get a lot of traffic).
Go to your Webmaster Tools Account click on Search Queries then click on Top pages there you will see what pages are receiving most of the traffic so pick a page then inside that page add a few anchor links pointing to your other relevant pages this way you will add ranking to those pages with less traffic.
3. Resolve any HTML and Server errors.
This is important because if your site is slow shows a lot of server errors then it will decently impact your SEO also check for HTML errors you can find them if any under HTML Improvements (webmaster tools account)
4. Implement Geographic Targeting
Geographic Targeting is useful if you know how to use it. Of-course we all want our site to be able to receive traffic from the entire world but it can be sometimes very difficult in many cases even impossible to try to rank high in every country, so we first going to focus on one country and then slowly spread across all the countries. Go to Alexa.com and check where or from what country most of your traffic is coming from then go to your webmaster tools account and tell Google that you wish to target only that country.
So this is pretty much have fun and don't forget to leave your comments below.
