Couldn't agree more. People so often look for easy answers and the truth is there isn't one...at least not a healthy one. But doing what you said in the post is the best way to lose weight, and be generally healthy (which is often forgotten entirely in the rush to lose weight).

You 100% right! You can eat everything you want and maintain or even lose weight
if you eat Foods High in Calories in small proportions and exercise regularly!

The easiest way to lose weight or to maintain it is to eat until 80% full. Eating until 100% will stretch your stomach and if you continue periodically doing that it will grow bigger and bigger and each time you will have to eat more and more to reach 100% capacity it's like a continuous circle that will make you gain weight!

The only way to loose weight fast is to quit eating. Come-on if you keep trying it I guaranty you will lose more that just weight, I am referring to your health don't play with that it ain't worth it
