I know the importance of using H tags but they have huge font size how to add a custom one! I would like to be able to make it smaller or bigger how can I do that?

P.S. Also would like to change color!

Use CSS class properties some like this:

HTML
Code:
<div class="wrapper">
<h1>text</h1>
<h2>text</h2>
<h3>text</h3>
</div>

CSS
Code:
.wrapper h1{font-size:15px;color:#444;}
.wrapper h2{font-size:14px;color:#444;}
.wrapper h3{font-size:13px;color:#444;}

these tags are simply used as:

<h1>text</h1>
<h2>text</h2>
<h3>text</h3>
</div>
