There is not much you can do to get this message not to show under your link on Google SERP.

"This site may be hacked" message shows if the page contains awful amount of spam so the right approach would be to get rid of such content.

What does "Security Issues" section in webmaster tools account say?

Are those URLs pointing to pages on same domain name?

Make sure the theme doesn't have any hidden content or outgoing links!

The correct approach would be simply get rid of theme and use another one!

1. Go to your website code first and get the spam code out immediately.
2. Send the mail to Google with proper explanation.
3. Wait for 24 hrs to see the message removed from the SERPs.
