I am pretty sure you can find a lot of tutorials on YouTube explaining how to do that.
You will need a 3D software such as 3Dmax or Maya then you will need a software to motion track your footage such as Boujou or PFTrack, also you will need a software to compose the final footage such as After Effects!
It's not an easy task!
