How to remove indexed URLs from Google?

Google has indexed some webpages that I didn't want to be indexed, so how do I delete them from search engine?

You can remove indexed pages by simply going to your webmaster tools account>>Google index>>Remove URL's>>Create a new removal request

Also you may want to block those URL's from being indexed again with robots.txt
