How to set up a PayPal account?

Guys I need to create a PayPal account to receive a payment for someone how can I do it? Also how do I then transfer money for PayPal to my bank account? And lastly it there a fee to be paid for transferring money from my PayPal account to my bank account?

Just go to PayPal website enter your email address, password and press sign up for free button!
Once in click on add bank account fill in all required information and press add.
With in a few days check your bank account for small deposits made by PayPal.
Log into your PayPal account go to verify bank account end enter there exact amount deposited by PayPal that is it!

I am not sure how much but there are some fees for transferring or withdrawing money from PayPal!
