Can anybody explain how those videos get on YouTube home page? I have so many videos uploaded to YouTube but non of my videos ever showed on the home page, some videos on YouTube home page show that they have been uploaded like an hour ago or even less!

This means that video has to comply with all YouTube terms being HOT video (have millions of views) or have to be promoted to homepage through some kind of advertising program

Video that show on YouTube homepage is called "Featured Video" and to get there the video has to first comply with YouTube policy, terms and conditions, second it has to come from very popular channel!
