Remember that Bing and Yahoo are the same thing so you only need to submit your site to Bing OK.
Now as this is not your website I mean you can't submit it through Bing webmaster tools account because you will need to verify the website you have to use an alternative way of submitting URL to Bing and Yahoo.

Under:
Type the URL of your homepage
Input your URL enter the Captcha and hit submit.
Once you get this message:
Quote:Your request was successfully submitted.
Bing will come and visit your site soon. To find out if your site is indexed and receiving traffic from Bing or to submit more URLs, sign up for a free account with Bing Webmaster Tools
It doesn't mean Bing will index your URL so if after a week you still can not find your URL on Bing submit it again!!!!!!!
