Use add on in Firefox and Extension in Chrome. These add on or extension highlights or strike the test where it gets nofollow link.
For seo do follow link is most useful & no follow link is not as much.
<a href=http://URL rel=”dofollow”> Etechdiary </a>
<a href=http://URL rel=”external”> Etechdiary </a>
Notice the rel=”dofollow” and rel=”external” in the above code. They define the link, as do follow. Also if you do not use rel attribute the link will be treated as ‘dofollow’. These links are important in terms of SEO as they are tracked by search engines and the value (which is called link juice) of the links also gets transferred.
The part that defines the link as NoFollow is the rel=”nofollow”. If you take that out, your link gets to be DoFollow. There is no actual DoFollow tag. The absence of the NoFollow tag makes the link DoFollow.

If the link doesn't contain rel="nofollow" attribute it's classified as dofollow automatically!
