there are some metrics you have to check daily basis to cross check that your SEO campaign is working or not

-Check Google Analytics for Organic Traffic
-Check Page Views in Analytics that increasing or not for page you are working.
-Check Bounce Rate
-Check that Your traffic is coming from the location where you want.
-Check the rank of keywords you are working for
-Check Goals are achieving or not you work for
-Check google search Console for impression of keywords you are working for

these are the main metrics to cross check your SEO campaign.
If these metrics are growing (except - Bounce rate) it means your campaign is working fine and you will get desired resul

To find out if SEO campaign is working or not you can:
1. Check the keyword ranking identified for the site. Increase in keyword positions over time is an indication that SEO campaign is working otherwise not.
2. Monitor the organic, referral, social traffic over time in Google Analytics with more emphasis on organic traffic. If the percentage of organic traffic is increasing on a monthly basis then it's a positive sign that the SEO campaign is working for you otherwise not.
3. If you have set a goal, monitor it in Google Analytics. Increase in Goal completion is an indication that an SEO campaign is working.

Remember that SEO results can be measured in the long run, unlike PPC results.
