Let say my Adsense account balance or earnings are 5K 5,000 USD and my account gets banned from Adsense what is gonna happen with that money will I get paid or Adsense will keep it?

I am sure they will probably transfer your earnings to your bank account after they check the way you made that money. If your earnings were were made violation Adsense policy then I don't think you will get paid.
