No very few search engines still use it for "helping" your site. Baidu is one of the only ones left that do. The rest use it as a indicator to what your techniques are and other flags that are usually set off using this.
As has been stated in these forums MULTIPLE times. There is no point to using meta keywords unless you're targeting Chinese traffic from Baidu or something similar.

Google, Bing and Yahoo do not use meta keyword tag any more!

Those three use it but not in the way you think, as I stated they use it as a marker and an easier way to look for flags that you're a spammer, scraper, slim content site, affiliate based site and so on. It will not help you in your SERPs except for Baidu and SE's like that, but it WILL HURT you on many other search engines or add more bad marks to your sites algo when figuring where your site should be in the natural SERPs.
So if you're not targeting traffic from sources that will look for it, it is now best to remove it or not use it at all as it can hurt you.
