Difference between SEO and PPC is that traffic coming from SEO (organic) is free while traffic generated from PPC is not free.

The most obvious benefit of combining SEO and PPC efforts is added exposure on the search engine results pages (SERPs). Clients are often tempted to reduce PPC efforts once a search term ranks number one. However, it's important to remember that the top two or three results on most SERPs are PPC ads. Dominating the organic and paid search results will greatly increase traffic, and give the impression that you're an established presence in a particular market.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is that traffic coming from SEO (organic) is free.
Pay per click (PPC) is that traffic generated from PPC is not free.

You can pay for traffic using the PPC advertising programs provided by Google Adwords,
You can used this step.

Pay per Click is an advertising process which is paid for every click, while Search Engine Optimization is a promoting process of your brand, services. PPC and SEO are the part of Search marketing techniques and amalgamation of both gives a relevant and instant result to your business.

If you want more traffic fast and are willing to pay for it, then PPC might be right for you. But if you're operating on a shoestring budget, it may make more sense to invest time in chasing high search rankings through SEO.

I think if you have enough budget for online business then you can use frequently ppc ads because it gives instant results but other hand seo is evergreen but it will take time.

Well stick to one first...as in master 1 and them move on to the other. PPC will get you faster results, but with SEO you will need to remain patient!
