Start an Online Business to make money online?

I see tons of websites that offer user to sign up and start making money online and I don't believe each of them has a different way to do it. So could you tell me how those websites make money and how they pay their users.

I wanna start my own online business there I will pay users doing some job for me that will earn me money and I will pay them a commission any idea how to get started?

What you are describing here sounds like surveys or affiliate programs. That is quite competitive niche so I suggest you look for something that you can manage.

Try make money blogging or maybe on YouTube.

First thing is first create a website get traffic to it like tons of it and then you will earn money.

I do agree with both Daily Bazaar and Marcus doing affiliate marketing is hard, the competition is big. If you love to write you can actually create a blogging site or what you can do is hire some freelance writer.
