The best backup strategy using PHP ?

Hi,
anybody know the best strategy for backup the website or application using script ?
I want to dump the database & files & folder using PHP script.
Please share your ideas & examples or samples with me.

There are many PHP scripts available online for doing SQL database backup or dump not that kind of dump The problem could be in PHP 30 seconds waiting time limit!

You can easily do it via PHPMyadmin ro backup database and FTP FileZilla do download your server files.

Many hosting provides have a tool that does just that automatically.
