Nelson thanks for sharing. Yeah when traveling abroad you have to be very careful with what you eat because your may get more that just tasty food! Also don't eat sushi, raw seafood and meat be careful with insect bites

The main thing you have to do is drink more water while you are traveling to a longer distance. Avoid eating junk and oily foods. when I was traveling to Alleppey backwaters of Kerala with the help Kerala backwater packages for a one day trip I didn't eat anything from morning to evening but I consumed a lot of water but one of my cousins have junk food. After some time she started vomiting and feels dizzy. When we consulted doctor he said it’s because of food poisoning. Because of this, our trip gets spoiled. So please remember these things:
Avoid Junk Food and packed oily food
Drink lot of water
Get some sleep
Avoid loud noises
Get Active and stay connected.
