Forget about it, cheap or not you'll still not get genuine traffic.
If you want to generate traffic to your site, then go for ads instead or do it manually.
Believe me, even if you buy traffic it'll not help whatever you want to achieve.

Even if they know, they will not openly disclose their secrets. The basics remain the same, it's just that you need to tweak your campaigns, LP's etc.
I would never ever recommend anyone to checkout for buying traffic on Fiverr. The traffic that is sold overthere, is mainly bot traffic or from tier 3 countries which won't convert.
