According to my opinion in case of Web 2.0 submission you have write one content with minimum 600 words by giving 2% link and share it different web 2.0 sites. which will helpful to create unique backlinks as well as boost the website traffic.

Web 2.0 is the current state of online technology as it compares to the early days of the Web, characterized by greater user interactivity and collaboration, more pervasive network connectivity and enhanced communication channels.

Create a WEB 2.0 site then write a unique and fresh content and post it on sites. Then submit your WEB 2.0 sitemap in Google webmasters. Once its crawled you get a quality back link.

At past website was only piece of web content with simple image and text but web 2.0 is more realistic and vibrant and combine with java, php, ruby etc. that allow developer to be more creative and making website more live. Web 2.0 is the upgraded version of website, the second stage of development of the Internet, This is a from static web pages to dynamic. For example Facebook, Twitter, apps etc.
