Many Internet Marketing experts seem to agree to the fact that now Google wants more good content than whole bunch of backlinks but what really is good content? I mean what makes the content good and what makes it bad? So what are the requirements the content need to meet to be classified by Google as good pagerank increasing one?

Good content, article, post should be at least between 1000 and 1500 characters long and the keyword density should be under 3%!

In a good Content, more qualities should be compulsory like as Content have a purpose. Content should be unique or different and its a valuable for the audience. This is well written which is easy to share.

Its not really up to you, your readers will decide if it is good content or not. If your readers keep coming back to your content, then its probably a good content.
It really doesn't matter if you had 500 or 1000 words you write, the thing is you should provide valuable information that your readers will always love to come back to your site.

Yes but first you have to get some love from Google so that daddy Google will rank your website high in search engine only then when you start getting traffic you can focus more on users and not on the search engine! Make Google happy and the rest will follow!

Well there is more traffic to be made other than big daddy Google you are talking about. If your site relying on Google, expect to fail. That's my honest opinion.

Google has stated long time ago that a web site has to be created for users and not for search engine! Many webmasters still don't realize the fact that now Google doesn't care how much backlinks a website has or how good it's optimized if it doesn't have good content then it will fail to rank high on Google!
