What kind of content can I monetize - Youtube

I would really like to try to make money on YouTube but before I start I would like to know what YouTube content can I monetize? I know that there are some issues with lets play or gaming videos and with fails videos as far as I know!
Can you please shed some light on this subject?

According to YouTube you can monetize content:

Quote:if you created all the audio and visual content?

if you use an audio and/or visual editing software to create my own content?

if you use royalty-free or Creative Commons content?

if you have permission to use audio and/or visuals created by someone else?

if you are playing a video game, or doing a walkthrough?

if you are doing a tutorial demonstrating use of a software?

if you use content that is in the public domain?

if it contains my original recording of a cover song?

if you use my personal recording of public concerts, events, shows, etc?

if you made a recording from TV, DVD, or CD?

if you upload content that I purchased?

if you upload content that I found online?

Those seem more like questions and not answers from YouTube.

There are not questions but answers to you can monetize content - if you created all the audio and visual content
