Code:
<a href="http://myblog.com/post-link" **title="Post Title"**><img class="aligncenter" **title="Post Title"** alt="Alternative text to image" src="http://mublog.com/post-img.jpg"/></a>

<a href="http://myblog.com/post-link" **title="Post Title"**><img class="aligncenter" alt="Alternative text to image" src="http://mublog.com/post-img.jpg"/></a>

<a href="http://myblog.com/post-link"><img class="aligncenter"  **title="Post Title"** alt="Alternative text to image" src="http://mublog.com/post-img.jpg"/></a>

I would do some like this:

PHP Code:
<div class="wrapper">
<
a href="http://myblog.com/post-link" **title="Post Title"**><img alt="Alternative text to image" src="http://mublog.com/post-img.jpg" width="16" height="16" /></a>
</
div

You are missing image dimensions that is important factor in making the page load faster!

You don't need to use class on image as you can do this:

Code:
.wrapper a {some style}
.wrapper img {some style}

I agree with Marcus. The code is correct. Width and height depends on the person.
